How to use this guide

Start with the platform, version, or ownership condition named in the question. Follow the linked official source when a rule depends on the storefront or an account state. Where the source describes a feature but does not publish a universal performance target, treat the setting as a configuration option rather than a guaranteed result. That boundary keeps this page useful across PC and console versions without inventing values.
